Truro residents invited to explore the city’s green spaces

Truro residents are being invited on guided tours around the city’s green spaces to learn how to identify bugs and plants.

Led by the Countryside Ranger Team, drop-in sessions will take place every Tuesday and Thursday throughout August, 11am-12pm.

The dates are:

Tues 4th Aug - The Haven Entrance off Bosvigo Lane

Thurs 6th Aug - Beechwood Parc (Chellew Road Entrance to Woodland)

Tue 11th Aug - Furniss Island (Morlaix Avenue Entrance)

Thurs 13th Aug - Truro Orchard (behind New County Hall, Treyew Road)

Tues 18th Aug - Victoria Gardens (Bandstand)

Thurs 20th Aug - The Haven Entrance off Bosvigo Lane (Family Nature Trail)

Tues 25th Aug - Truro Orchard (behind New County Hall, Treyew Road)

Thurs 27th Aug - Beechwood Parc (Chellew Road entrance to woodland)
