Three people taken to hospital following serious collision in Truro

Following a serious collision near Buckshead yesterday morning (12th), police have appealed for witnesses.

The incident involved three vehicles and three casualties were taken to Treliske Hospital, Truro as a result.

Two people involved remain in Treliske with serious injuries.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said:

"Armed Police officers, as well as officers from the Roads Policing Team, attended and a forensic examination of the scene was conducted.

"Police would ask that if anyone has witnessed the collision, or who may have relevant dash-camera footage, and not already spoken with Police, that they make contact quoting log 0376 of 12/09/20.

"Police would like to thank the public for their patience whilst the road was closed."
